Blue Sunday is a virtual global ME/CFS fundraising and awareness event founded by ME/CFS patient and advocate Anna Redshaw from Anna / M.E. myself and I. The ME CFS Foundation South Africa has the privilege of being included in Anna’s list of charities for which funds will be raised. Last year, over £20,000 was raised for multiple ME/CFS charities across the globe!

How to participate:

• Dig out your best cups and saucers
• Wear something blue (pyjamas count)
• Have a slice of cake or two
• Donate the amount you would pay for tea and cake in a coffee shop to The ME CFS Foundation South Africa: https://mecfssa.org/donate
• Post a picture of your tea party on social media, tag us and use #BlueSunday2022 and #TeaPartyforME2022
